Course Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Course price and access
The IREB CPRE Foundation Level Exam Prep Course costs ₹4,999 for 12 months' access. This is one all-inclusive price. A purchase provides online access through Srileo Learn for 12 months from the purchase date. A learner must sign in to use paid content.
No course content, files or other materials are delivered by email or post.
2. Seven-day refund window
You may request a full refund within seven calendar days of purchase. The refund is provided in full, with no questions asked.
3. How to request a refund
Email contact@srileo.comwithin seven calendar days of purchase. Include the email address used for your learner account so the purchase can be identified.
4. What happens after a refund
Access to the paid course ends when the refund is issued. The free Module 1 content remains available.
5. Cancellation after the refund window
The course is a single purchase for a fixed 12-month access period, not a recurring subscription. There is no renewal to cancel. Access continues until the end of the 12-month period unless a refund is issued or the Learner Terms are materially breached.
